Ted Gendron
Most of my life has been spent in and around sports. From a very young age, I started playing sports and enjoyed the competition, camaraderie and friendships that it provided. My entire career has been connected to sport in one way or another, enjoying all roles from player, coach, official, to volunteer.
While attending Brock University, along with his friend, we launched the Brock University baseball program, which is still going strong today.
An entrepreneur at heart, my first company after university was a regional sports publication. With many sports-related jobs throughout my career, my time as the Executive Director at Guelph Soccer led me to start Kidspired Media in 2018, which helps generate sponsorship revenue to more than 100 minor sport organizations in Canada.

A trained illustrator with over 25 years of experience in business development, marketing, and sales, I always approach things through a relational lens. I've worked with national brands, non-profit and owned several businesses; the key to my success has been to hold true to my values and integrity.
As a Certified Relationship Coach, I help people overcome life challenges by discovering their best self through their source, their power...their story.
I've taught art classes, volunteered as a Girl Guide leader and helped develop many art festivals and exhibitions.
An artist, author (A Warriors Ride to Shine), speaker, and brand coach for visionaries, I preach what I practice by connecting with curiosity, courage, and compassion.

Our Mission
Our mission is to inspire and empower youth to reach their full potential in whichever path they choose, arts or sports.
We understand how difficult it can be to face a challenge or start an endeavour alone. It begins with the belief in yourself and your capabilities, and layered onto that is someone to remind you of your greatness.
We aim to help provide that support by further developing the communities within arts and sports through funding, awareness and volunteer recruitment.

Our Story
Every decision has a choice; it’s never right or wrong, but there is a choice that leads you down a path, to an opportunity, a perceived win, or a perceived loss, each is a gift of self-discovery.
Ted and I chose to work together on Kidspired's marketing development, and we hit it off right away. We collided in the best way, like when chocolate collides with peanut butter; separately they are both great, but the combination of the two creates something even better!
We shared our views on our respective arts and sports communities, and we connected over a similar passion for inspiring the youth within them. We shared our struggles and challenges and discovered our common passion for paying forward our life experiences to help others with their self-exploration and confidence-building. And through our connection, Sidewalk Collision Productions was born.
Our Initatives
I founded Kidspired with a dream that every kid deserves an opportunity and a chance to play minor sports, which turned into a mission to support minor sports across Canada by providing greater sponsorship opportunities at the community level.
Camilla is ....well always into something! ;)
We are currently in the middle of a few initiatives together with Sidewalk Collision Productions that will continue to support youth in minor sports, and now also the arts...stay tuned!
